After the release of our first EP "A Dark Place", we were getting ready to do live shows. Unfortunately, a pandemic hit the world.

We had already started working on new material for our first album. In my head, this next release was going to be very aggressive and less doomy. Because of remote work, lockdowns, isolation, anxiety about the future as well as personal health issues, this album became much darker and scarier than we initially thought it would.

Of course, the aggressive tone we were aiming for is still present, but with a more desperate and depressive background. The crushing soundscape of our EP is still present, but with a much more complex look at the world we live in. This is "The Collapse".
